LAWRENCE, Kan. - A 19-year-old University of Kansas student sustained life-threatening injuries when she was struck by a car on campus Wednesday night, the school’s public safety office said.
It happened around 8 p.m. on Irvin Hill Road near Parking Lot 109.
Authorities said they were waiting on an update on the unidentified student’s condition before considering any citations against the driver, a male KU student.
