OVERLAND PARK, Kan. - The Price Brothers Development Group is proposing a multi-million dollar development that would include a new hospital in Overland Park, Kan.
The proposed development site is located at 169 Highway and 159th Street and includes office and retail space. Shawnee Mission Medical Center also plans to build a hospital in the development. The Price Brothers would pay for a new interchange to make the area more accessible.
The proposal is on Monday’s agenda at the Overland Park Planning Commission, where developers and city leaders will share their vision for the area.
