The boy said he didn't know the man, who police describe as a white male who is possibly Middle Eastern with short black hair, a full beard and dark-rimmed glasses. He was driving an older model blue Hyundai coupe with a Missouri license plate and duct tape over the back window brake light.
The student was not harmed in the incident.
