OLATHE, Kan. - Crews worked to put out a grass fire in Olathe, Kan., on Wednesday evening.
Olathe Fire Department Spokesman Mike Hall said crews from Olathe and Lenexa, Kan., worked to put out the blaze that spanned about 10 acres near 119 th and Ridgeview.
There were no reports of property damage and no one was injured in the blaze.
Hall said the fire was not a controlled burn. Some fire crews remained on scene to monitor for any hot spots.
Investigators are not sure how the fire started, but they are investigating that someone had specific intent to start the fire.
