One person critically hurt in crash at Olathe Medical Center

OLATHE, Kan. - One person was critically injured early Friday when a pickup truck crashed into a tree near the entrance of a Johnson County hospital.
Authorities were called a few minutes after 7 a.m. to the entrance of Olathe Medical Center, near Interstate 35 and 151st Street.
The injured person had to be extricated from the truck.
He or she was transported to Overland Park Regional Trauma Center.
The cause of the crash was not immediately clear.
