OVERLAND PARK, Kan. - The ramp from Interstate 35 to Interstate 635 is back open following a crash involving a semi truck that closed the ramp for several hours.
The wreck occurred around 2:20 p.m., when the truck over turned and blocked traffic. No one was injured.
