KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Kansas City police want to find the hit and run driver who killed a man Saturday.
It happened at the Interstate 49 ramp to 155th Street.
Robert Hayes, 48, of Grandview, was killed in the crash.
Police said Hayes was walking on the off ramp from southbound U.S. Highway 71 to 155th Street.
The driver did not stop, and investigators don't have any suspect information.
The wreck area does not have lights.

This was the 43 traffic death in Kansas City in 2013 compared with 46 at this time a year ago.
