KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The Kansas City Police Department released on Friday a description of the vehicle responsible for what is now labeled as a hit and run crash on Route 210 at Searcy Creek Parkway.
The department said a white truck pulling a trailer hit the pedestrian on Tuesday, and has front-end damage as a result of the incident. The driver was described as a white male.
The Kansas City Police were called to the scene of an injury accident on Tuesday but did not find signs of a crash. However, a man driving a truck found a body on Thursday at the same address that had been reported on Tuesday.
Anyone with information about the crash is asked to call the TIPS Hotline, 816-474-TIPS.
