CARROLL COUNTY, Missouri - A levee breached Monday afternoon at the Root Levee District in Carroll County, Missouri.
The breach happened early Monday afternoon at a non-federal levee at Missouri River mile 272, near Carrollton, Missouri.
According to the Kansas City District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, more than 22,000 acres will be impacted.
