KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Three people were taken to an area hospital after a car rolled off of a Northland bridge early Friday into an empty creek bed.
It happened around 4 a.m. near NE 55th Terrace and N. Rolla Avenue.
The drop off the bridge was only a couple yards. The car landed on its top.
One injured person had to be rescued from the vehicle because their door would not open. Two other people in the car were able to get out on their own. All three were transported.
It wasn’t immediately clear how the crash happened. The extent of victims' injuries was unknown.
