PARKVILLE, Mo. - Park Hill School District officials alerted parents of a “stranger danger” incident involving a student on Friday.
In an e-mail sent out to parents, the district said a Park Hill South student was walking home from the bus stop on Main Street when a man approached him and offered him a ride. The boy declined and the man drove off.
The suspect is reported as a white male with brown hair, driving a small, red truck.
The student said the truck had tools and bricks in the back.
The district later said the person of interest was found and there was no evidence of wrongdoing.
