Raytown man with mental illness who walked away from group home found safe

UPDATE: Glover Hudson was found safe in the early-morning hours of Thursday, Nov. 8.

RAYTOWN, Mo. - A man with mental illness is missing after he walked away from a group home in Raytown, Mo., Tuesday afternoon.

Raytown Police are looking for Glover Hudson, 43, who walked away from the facility in the 10000 block of 72nd Street.

Hudson is described as a black male who is 5’6” and weighs 185 pounds. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing green pants, a white shirt and a black hat.

Hudson suffers from schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder and diabetes, and is without the medications used to treat those conditions.

Anyone with information about Hudson is asked to call the Raytown Police Department at 816-737-6020.
