KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Authorities are investigating after reports of at least six Walmart locations receiving bomb threats Friday evening.

Raytown Police say the Walmart at 103000 Missouri 350 Highway received the threat over the phone.

Authorities have confirmed the Gladstone location on North Prospect Avenue also received a phone threat.

Both stores were evacuated.

KY3 in Springfield confirms the Nixa and Ozarks locations were also evacuated after threats. KOMU reports that the Jefferson City Walmart also received a bomb threat.

KSDK confirms that St. Peters Walmart in eastern Missouri was threatened, too.

Nothing was found at any of the locations.

Walmart spokesman Dan Fogleman issued the following statement:

"We're concerned anytime someone makes a threat that might endanger our customers and associates. We're grateful no one was injured. We apologize to our customers for any inconvenience. We want to make sure everyone stays safe. We will work with police in each jurisdictions and will provide any information to help find those responsible."
