JACKSON COUNTY, Mo. - Two people died Thursday night when a car collided with a motorcycle in eastern rural Jackson County.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, the accident happened at 11 p.m. at the intersection of S. Buckenr-Tarsney Road (State Highway BB) and E. Truman Road (Missouri FF).
The report states 18-year-old Brian Orstrander, of Oak Grove, Mo., was driving a Pontiac attempted to turn southbound on Buckner-Tarsney Road when a motorcycle struck the side of his vehicle.
Orstrander and the motorcycle driver, John A. Guerra, 43, of Blue Springs, were both pronounced dead at the scene.
