Are you ready to upgrade? Details on Apple's new iPhone are expected to be announced Wednesday.

A lot of people have been waiting for the new iPhone, especially since many people held off buying the iPhone 4s this year so they can get the new fifth generation version when it comes out.

According to the Wall Street Journal, a source says the new iPhone will have a larger screen, a different shell and will work with the fastest wireless networks out on the market today.

Call-blocking features are also expected.

And, some say, gone are the familiar Google maps replaced with Apple's own 3-D, voice-guided navigation system.

"There's enough friction between Apple and Google that Apple felt,” said Dylan Tweney, Venturebeat Executive Editor. "Like it had to go out and map the entire world, so they wouldn't be dependent on one of their biggest competitors."

The tech industry predicts apple will sell 45 million iPhones before the end of this year.
