A new report found a lot of unhappy Facebook users.
According to the American Consumer Satisfaction Index, the social media site saw an almost 8 percent drop in user satisfaction this year. That's the biggest drop of any social media outlet surveyed and a record low for the category.
Facebook users are unhappy with changes to the user interface like the addition of timeline. There are also complaints about privacy and advertisements.
Google+ tied with Wikipedia for the number one spot. The social media site scored a 78 percent customer satisfaction rate.
Twitter and LinkedIn received below average satisfaction scores.
