KANSAS CITY, Mo. - NASA has released video showing a month’s worth of the moon’s rotation.
It begins with the view that can be seen from earth, then rotates to reveal a massive crater believed to have been caused by an asteroid-like object.
The 360-degree view was created by a NASA team with help from researchers at Arizona State University.
The rotating view was compiled from 110,000 images.
