KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A competition inspired by the new Google network wrapped up Wednesday.

The two winners took home a total of $350,000 dollars.

They are Kauzu from Chicago and SeinAnalytics from New York.

The "Think Big gigabit Challenge" started with 113 entrepreneurs from around the world.

19 finalists had to prove how they would take full advantage of the gigabit fiber line when it launches in Kansas City.

"We think we can make a difference. If you are going to add a gigabit fiber network, it's going to create enormous opportunities for the bad guys and hopefully Kansas City will do it right," said Brian Branner, of Risk Analytics, a cyber security firm in Overland Park, Kan.

People’s choice winner was Paruzia technologies from Kansas City, Kan..  They won marketing and consulting services worth $100,000.
