ARKANSAS CITY, Kan. - An Amber Alert has been lifted after a 3-year-old Kansas boy was found early Sunday evening.
Anthony Hernandez, was found safely in Arkansas City, Kan., around 5 p.m. Sunday. His non-custodial father, Francisco Lopez, has been taken into custody.
Arkansas City Police spokeswoman Alisha Call said that Lopez was visiting at the home of the boy's mother Saturday evening when the parents had an altercation, and the father stormed off with the child in tow.
