WINFIELD, Kan. - Authorities released an image that appears on the truck believed to have been stolen by escaped Winfield Correctional Facility inmates.

Robert Cook, 52, along with Frank Crutchfield, 48, escaped from the facility June 16. Law enforcement officials apprehended Crutchfield at a residence in Wichita Wednesday morning. Authorities continue to search for Cook.

The two men are believed to have stolen a City of Douglass vehicle described as a dark blue 2006 GMC Sierra with a Kansas license tag of 74914 with City of Douglass logos on each side of the vehicle doors. The truck has a brush guard on the front, yellow caution lights on top and two side mounted tool boxes in the rear.

Cook is described as 5-foot-10, weighing about 225 pounds, with gray hair, a gray beard and hazel eyes. Anyone with information on his whereabouts or the missing vehicle is encouraged to contact law enforcement or to call 911.
