TOPEKA, Kan. (AP) - The Kansas Lottery says someone in southwest Kansas won $1 million in Saturday's Powerball drawing.
Lottery officials said Monday the ticket matched the first five numbers but not the Powerball.
The winning numbers are 3-22-26-41-49 and Powerball 18.
Kansas' southwest region consists of 24 counties: Greeley, Wichita, Scott, Lane, Ness, Rush, Hamilton, Kearny, Finney, Hodgeman, Pawnee, Stanton, Grant, Haskell, Gray, Ford, Edwards, Kiowa, Morton, Stevens, Seward, Meade, Clark and Comanche.
