KANSAS CITY, Mo. - It may take nine months before investigators figure out why the Bramlage family's plane crashed.

The crash killed all six members of the Bramlage family on Thursday.

Investigators found the body of the last missing family member, 13-year-old Boston, on Friday in heavy brush.

Police say the right wing snapped off from the plane in midair, and he was thrown from the plane.

"We were determined we would stay here until we found him, and fortunately for everyone we found him sooner rather than later,” said Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd.

The family had just left the Bahamas after vacation.

They were on their way back to Junction City, Kan., when Ron Bramlage made a Mayday call at 25,000 feet and the plane made a sharp right.
