GLENDALE, Mo. (AP) - Police in suburban St. Louis are continuing to investigate the shooting deaths of a woman and her two children.

The shootings happened Monday in an upper-middle-class neighborhood in Glendale, about 10 miles west of St. Louis.

Property records show the home belonged to Mitch and Catherine Murch. Police haven't officially released the victims' names, but have said the children who were killed were ages 11 and 9.

Police said the husband called 911 Monday morning after hearing a gunshot at the house. Police found all three victims inside the two-story brick home.

The St. Louis Area Major Case Squad is leading the investigation, which has included questioning the husband, though police say he's not considered a suspect. Police have said it appears that the woman killed her children, then herself.
