JOPLIN, Mo. - While Joplin High School remains a pile of rubble – Tuesday signified a new beginning.
People turned dirt and broke ground at the site of the new Joplin High School and Technology Center.
Last year's tornado destroyed ten of the city's public schools.
High school seniors spent their final year in a converted big box store at the city's shopping mall.
