WILLIAMSVILLE, Mo. (AP) - Officials with the Missouri Department of Conservation are looking for the person who shot and killed a bald eagle in southeast Missouri.

KFVS-TV reports that a Wayne County landowner found the young eagle on his property on Wednesday. The eagle was taken to a wildlife rehabilitation center but died later that night.
