HOWARDVILLE, Mo. - A silver advisory has been issued for a missing woman from Howardville, Mo.
Barbara Stoffer, 83, was last seen Aug. 20 in her hometown, according to a news release from police. Authorities said she is bipolar and suffers from depression.
She is described by police as a while female with gray hair. She is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs around 120 pounds.
She may be traveling in a 1997 green Volvo 850 GLT with Missouri tags 078RYW. The car was last seen heading southbound on US Highway 61 in Howardville around 5:18 p.m. Aug. 20, the news release said.
