Chalk Talk: A Halloween Chargers-Chiefs preview from Jack & Frank

Six weeks ago, after the Chiefs were crushed by the Detroit Lions, they were pretty much left for dead.

They had been embarrassed and outscored 89-10 in their first two games, and a lot of us thought Todd Haley wouldn't make it past the bye week.

He did, and after another loss to the Chargers, his team has now won three straight after that disastrous start.

The Chiefs are in great position to string together a nice little run. The next 3 games are at home beginning Monday night when the Chargers come to arrowhead.

It will be for first place. This AFC West is wide open.

The Chargers sit at the top but, they can be had. They've yet to beat a team with a winning record.

While the chiefs have Miami and Denver coming up, they also have a brutal five-game stretch ahead.

But for now, it’s all about Monday night and all the hoopla surrounding this game at Arrowhead as the Chiefs go for their fourth win in a row.
