COLUMBIA, Mo. - It's the rivalry game the University of Missouri and the University of Kansas look forward to every year -- the Border Showdown.
Students at MU are not wasting any time getting ready either.
Some arrived Wednesday night to camp out in tents at Mizzou Arena.
Fans NBC Action News spoke with said they're upset with KU refusing to play against MU anymore now that the Tigers are moving to the SEC.
"They don't want to play us; we tried to renew the rivalry by making a deal with them to play them in every sport even we moved to sec and they still won't so we want to go out with a bang," Dylan Wilcox, a freshman at MU said.
"I don't like Kansas at all, I think it's going to be a really close game, one that we need to win to gain national attention and keep rolling with our season," Kasey Devine, a freshman at MU said.
We did some checking with Stub Hub Thursday night and they said some tickets are still available, but they are running about $373.00.
