Mizzou to open SEC play with national TV game

COLUMBIA, Mo. - The University of Missouri will play its first SEC game against a conference opponent in front of a national television audience.

The SEC announced its full television lineup and game times for the first three weeks of the 2012 season on Monday, with Mizzou getting two games on ESPN2.

The Tigers will open the season on pay-per-view when they host non-conference opponent Southeastern Louisiana on Saturday, Sept. 1 at 6 p.m. CT.

The next week, on Sept. 8, Mizzou will host Georgia at 6:45 p.m. CT on ESPN2.

ESPN2 will also broadcast the Tigers’ Week 3 game, when Mizzou hosts Arizona State at 6 p.m. CT on Saturday, Sept. 15.
