According to a police report from April 2006, Belcher punched out a dormitory window because he was upset over a woman.

"I was told that Belcher was upset over a girl and punched a window out," the officer who responded to the scene said. "There was a lot of blood outside of the west entrance and in the lobby."

There was reportedly $200 worth of damage.

The following year, police were called late one night because Belcher and his then-girlfriend were arguing in a dorm hallway. The officers reported that Belcher had been upset that his girlfriend had not called him at the time she'd promised.

No charges were ever filed for either incident.
