KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Saturday the Kansas City Chiefs offered free health screenings for families. The team partnered with Truman Medical Centers to host the Touchdown Family Fest Saturday afternoon at Arrowhead.
The clinic offered eye exams, dental check-ups and sports physicals. Chiefs players were also on hand to sign autographs for fans.
Many of the players said they love talking with the community about how to stay healthy and maintain that healthy lifestyle.
“I want to be part of it. Obviously, health is important especially nowadays, trying to get kids out exercising and eating right,” Chiefs defensive back Tysyn Hartman explained.
This is the third year the Chiefs and Truman Medical Centers have hosted the event.
