LAWSON, Mo. - A Lawson woman is back from her dream trip to the Super Bowl.
Cindy Nye’s nephew, David Tollefson, plays for the New York Giants and flew her out to Indianapolis for the big game.
Nye said she spend five whole days with the team, including breakfast, lunch and dinner.
After the Giants big win, Nye said she bursted with pride watching Tollefson being interviewed by the networks.
But getting on the field after the game was tricky, even for family.
"Security was so tight it was hard to get on the field so I had three men as big as I am lifting me down over the rails and they said, 'This is Tollefson's aunt, get her down there!'” said Nye.
Among the souvenirs Nye brought home was shiny, silver confetti.
She said she was lying on the field doing snow angels in it after the game.
