INDEPENDENCE, Mo. - The Missouri Mavericks appear to be the hottest ticket in town these days.
Nine games have already sold out at the Independence Events Center.
Russ Sargent has been attending the games since the Mavs hit the ice back in 2009.
He and his family show their support by decking themselves out in Mavericks gear every game.
Sargent has three season tickets, which cost him $900 dollars per seat per season.
So far this year, more than 109,000 fans have seen the Mavs play in Independence.
Tickets run from $15 to $35 dollars.
