It’s a big weekend for football in Kansas City.

Missouri, Kansas and Kansas State all have home games, and the Kansas City Chiefs open the 2012 campaign with a home game against the Atlanta Falcons.

For Missouri, the game with No. 7 Georgia marks its first conference game as a member of the SEC.

Kansas Head Coach Charlie Weis leads his troops onto the field for the first time against a FBS opponent in Rice.

The No. 21 Kansas State Wildcats try to grab a victory over one of the most storied programs in all of college football for the second straight year when they play host to Miami.

The Chiefs open the season, in some people’s eyes, as the favorites to win the AFC West but face a tough opponent in Atlanta. Longtime Kansas City tight end Tony Gonzalez is also making his first trip to Arrowhead Stadium as an opposing player since leaving Kansas City after the 2008 season.

So with all the matchups this weekend, we want to know which game you are looking forward to most!

Take the poll on the right side of this page and head to Facebook.com/kshbtv to leave your comments about this week’s action on the gridiron.
