Sporting will host second leg of Eastern Conference Semifinals at Livestrong Sporting Park

KANSAS CITY, Kan. - Sporting Kansas City fans will want to mark Nov. 7 down on the calendar.

The team will host a playoff match at Livestrong Sporting Park, meaning the berth for the conference final will be decided in Kansas City, Kan.

Kansas City will start the first leg of the Eastern Conference Semifinals on the road on either Nov. 3 or 4. Then, they’ll come back home for the second leg. The opponent and kick-off times have yet to be determined.

Tickets to see Sporting KC in the playoffs start at $30. They’re available at Ticketmaster.com or at the LSP Box Offices.

Sporting KC holds a three-point lead in the Eastern Conference heading into Wednesday night’s regular season finale at Livestrong Sporting Park. Kansas City faces Philadelphia at 7:30 p.m. CT.

Sporting can clinch the conference title for the second straight year with a win or draw. Jack Harry will have highlights from Wednesday night’s match on 41 Action News at 10.
