OVERLAND PARK, Kan. - Local swimmers will head to Omaha to compete in the U.S. Olympic swimming trials. They are members of the Kansas City Blazers, the area’s local swim club.
41 Action News caught up with these Olympic hopefuls during their afternoon training session at the Blue Valley North High School pool.
There are 13 swimmers from the Kansas City Blazers, including brothers Luke and Seth Musser.
"There is not a day that you're not giving you're all, not getting something out of practice,” explained Seth Musser. “It's a full commitment sport."
These swimmers train one more time, before heading to Omaha. The summer Olympics will be seen on your 41 Action News station starting Friday, July 27th.
