WICHITA, Kan. - University of Kansas freshman phenom and his brother, a guard at Wichita State, are pushing to play each other.
Nick Wiggins, the older brother of KU's Andrew Wiggins, says the two have discussed what it would be like to take the court against each other.
"We hope for it. I've talked to my little brother about it a lot. He would be excited to do it. I heard (Wichita State) Coach (Gregg) Marshall would like to do it, so it's all up to (Kansas) Coach (Bill) Self," said Nick, a senior at WSU.
Since signing with Kansas earlier this year, there has been a lot of buzz around Andrew, and not only his potential in college, but in the NBA as well.
"He's really excited about being at Kansas. He said Bill Self was a really good coach and he said their workouts they have been doing so far. He feels really good about it and is looking forward to the school year," Nick said.
