KANSAS CITY, Mo. - An accident involving a bicyclist on the Heart of America Bridge in Kansas City blocked traffic for a while during the Monday morning commute.
Skytracker video from over the scene showed just one lane of traffic getting by on northbound 9 Highway over the bridge.
A second accident in the northbound lanes caused even more backups.
Police said only minor injuries were involved.
