KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Westbound Interstate-435 at N. Woodland is back open after an overturned cement truck closed all lanes Tuesday afternoon.
The wreck occurred around 3:30 p.m. No one was severely injured in the accident. There's been no word on what caused the crash.
