SB lanes of US 71 in Kansas City reopen shortly after crash

KANSAS CITY, Mo - The southbound lanes of US 71 reopened a short time after a crash blocked traffic Thursday afternoon.
Authorities diverted traffic at 75th street after a crash just nort of 85th Street.
Emergency crews were called a little after noon.
At least two cars were involved in the crash. Injuries were said to be non life-threatening.
Further circumstances of the crash were not immediately clear.
