KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Southbound lanes of Interstate 435 were closed after a crash Friday morning in Kansas City.
It happened a little before 4:45 a.m. at 210 Highway in the Northland.
The Kansas City Police Department was assisting the Missouri State Highway Patrol in investigating the crash and clearing the scene.
A dispatcher with the Patrol said the accident involved a single vehicle that crashed into the guard cables. The extent of injuries was not immediately clear.
Lanes were reopened about an hour later.
