KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Traffic was snarled Monday afternoon on Interstate 35 at Chouteau Trafficway in the Northland due to a two-vehicle crash.
A semi and car collided into the cable median barrier.
The crash was reported around 3 p.m.
Kansas City police said the injuries were minor.
As of 4:45 p.m., crews were still trying to remove the semi from the wreck.
Police said one lane on northbound I-35 was closed and one lane on southbound I-35 was closed. At one point, traffic was being diverted off the interstate to Chouteau Trafficway.
Before 5:45 p.m., the scene was cleared and all lanes were re-opened.
The cause of the wreck remains under investigation.
