KANSAS CITY, Mo. - One man died Tuesday morning when his car slammed into the rear of a tractor trailer.
The crash happened a little after 6 a.m. in the southbound lanes of 169 Highway at 108th Street.
Police said the victim came upon traffic stopped at a signal at NW 108th Street.
He was not able to stop and hit the back of the truck.
Skytracker video from over the scene showed southbound traffic being diverted at Interstate 435.
