A ramp re-opened Friday morning after a four-vehicle crash closed the ramp from northbound Interstate 35 to 67th Street in Merriam during the morning commute.
One lane of traffic was also blocked in the area by the crash, which happened around 7:30 a.m. just south of the exit.
At 8:30 a.m., the backup was worsened by a second wreck in the backup. This one happened closer to the 75th Street exit.
There was no immediate word on injuries or the cause of the crash.
