KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Several road closures take effect Thursday morning near Crown Center as the city prepares for the 10th annual Irish Fest Kansas City.
Beginning at 9 a.m. Thursday, the following roads will be closed:
- Grand Boulevard from 25th Street to OK Street
- Pershing Road from Grand Boulevard to McGee Street, including the intersection of Pershing Road and Grand Boulevard
- Washington Square Park
The roads will reopen at 10 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 3.
Irish Fest Kansas City runs Aug. 31 through Sept. 2 at Crown Center Square in Kansas City.
Tickets cost $15 per day at the gate or $10 in advance at Hy-Vee stores and online.
