Two-car crash briefly closes northbound lanes of Broadway Bridge

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Northbound lanes of the Broadway Bridge were closed for about 30 minutes Friday morning because of a reported two-car crash.
The accident happened around 5 a.m. The Broadway Bridge takes US 169 Highway over the Missouri river just north of downtown Kansas City.
By 5:45a.m., the scene was clear.
The cause of the crash was not immediately clear. There was no word on if any injuries were involved.
