Rollover crash slows Friday-evening commute on Interstate 70 in Independence

INDEPENDENCE, Mo. - Two of three lanes on eastbound Interstate 70 were closed in Independence as investigators work to clear a rollover accident.
At 4:20 p.m., crews remained on the scene, on the interstate near Noland Road.
Police dispatchers tell 41 Action News nobody was hurt.
The early Friday-evening commute was backed up all the way to the Truman Sports Complex, authorities said.
he lanes had reopened by a little before 5 p.m.
