The southbound lanes of 169 Highway near Spring Hill, Kan., are back open following a crash involving a semi Tuesday morning.
The semi crashed into a second passenger vehicle just south of 199th Street, closing the highway for several hours.
One person is reported to have serious injuries. A second person has minor injuries, according to authorities.
