LENEXA, Kan. - 41 Action News surprised the winner of the Snowflake Contest at her Lenexa home.
The Snowflake Contest ended at 5:26 a.m. on Feb. 13, 2012, when 41 Action News meteorologist Brett Anthony measured one inch of snow in front of the studios at 4720 Oak St.
LaToya Fraser won a beautiful diamond ring from Eskew’s Fine Jewelers of Independence. She predicted Feb. 13, 2012.
Shirley Morrison of Cameron, Mo., came in second place. She predicted Feb. 10, 2012.
