KC Film Fest puts 25 feature films in the spotlight

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The 2013 Middle of the Map Fest adds films to the annual event.

The film fest runs May 1-5 at The Alamo Drafthouse, located at 14th and Main in Kansas City, Mo. The five-day event features 25 films of several genres including documentaries, independent films and rockumentaries. Some of these films have won awards from all over the world.

Each film cost $10, or you can buy a Fest Pass for $25, which is good for all five days.

Parking is free on Wednesday at the Cosentino Parking Garage as long as you get validation at The Alamo Drafthouse. Parking Thursday, Friday and Saturday is $2.
